WEll i forgot to update, it turns out I didnt do my leg workout. But everything else is going good. I did my back/bicep workout on monday, and im happy to say that the problem i noticed before between my left arm and right arm is mostly cleared up(on the last few sets my left arm still couldn't get all 6 reps while my right one could). The back part went good and I felt good about it.
I had marching band after that from 1:30-5:00, and then I went home and rested.

Tuesday I didnt do my cardio because I am counting marching band as my cardio since they now are making us run.
Wednesday I woke up on time, and did my chest/tricep workout. It went great, I was lifting more than last week and I felt really good.
Then I had marching band, which wasnt any fun, but w/e. Unfortunately I had to work right after marching band. I was at work till 9:30, and I was dead tired. I got home and watched one show then went to bed.

Today is supposed to be another cardio day but since I have marching band Im not going to do it. Also I woke up really late so i dont really have time. I have to work today after marching band so that is going to suck.

Its about 4:00pm, and Im beat. I had marching band yesterday from 9:00am-3:00pm, which sucked, so i skipped cardio since we ran during that practice. Then today we only had it 9:00-12:00, but im beat, I got home and had a nice lunch, but im about ready to go to bed right now, so I might have to do my leg day tomorrow instead of shoulders. That means no shoulder day but with marching band I have to hold up my instrument so long, i fear that i might be to sore for marching band, which wouldnt be good, but im definately going to do it next week.
Ken told me not to take the weight gainer until he could do some more research into it, so im not. Tomorrow ill update on wheter i did my leg workout or not

This is for two days ago:

Today is my bicep and back day. Every exercise was performed 5 sets with <=6 reps. First I did back. I started with the tbar row. That actually was pretty tough, I think I've gotten weaker, but i guess thats to be expected. Then I did behind the back widegrip lat pulldowns. Those are always my favorite for some reason, i really dont know why. Lastly for back I did seated rows, which usually isnt one i would do. But today it felt like i was really working my back so i figured it was good. The next day I know that my lats really were sore but my back wasnt to bad.

Then it was biceps. First I just did alternating curls, but my shoulders were sore and I just wasnt really feeling it in my biceps. I need to focus on the form more. Then i did single-hand cable curls, which felt really good. Unfortunately my left arm seems to be weaker than my right on that particular exercise, so I kept the reps to same for both arms to hopefully clear that up. Then I did cable curls with both hands. Thses felt good I guess. The next day the part or my forearm that is by the elbow and the muscles there were really sore, my biceps not so much as my actual arm. I didnt take my weight-gainer today cause I just forgot.

This is a journal for yesterday, and im going to do one for the day before that too, because i didnt have time. Yesterday I did windsprints, it wasn't to bad, it was like the last time. Everything seemed ok, but i skipped the weight gainer.

So today was my first chest and tricep day on the new eating plan. I think the workout itself went really well. I did Flat benceh(5 sets <=6 reps), then dumbbell incline bench (5 sets <=6 reps), then decline bench(5 sets <=6 reps). On the decline I felt extremely weak, my right thumb was kind of hurting but i finished up the sets, but had to use a lower weight than i initially thought. Then i moved onto triceps. I started with standing pulldown things(5 sets <= 6 reps), then did an overhead dumbbell tricep extension(5 sets <= 6 reps), and then i tried my flatbench close grip. On my close grip I was all burnt out, i could barely get the bar off with only 85 pounds. So i did 2 sets and then did the tricep exercises that Ken had shown me. Other than the end i thought it was a good workout.

I am having some issues with my mass gainer. I had taken it around 3:40 or so, then had to be at work at 5:00. Around 6:00 I was getting terrible bowel movements, and had to go to the bathroom. I was trying to shit but it was all watery, it was pretty bad. That happened twice. I dont know if i just have to adjust to eating it or what, but that had happened last week to, so Im going to ask Ken about it. Other than that I seem to be ok on the diet.
